Before the transportation is completed, the customer knows the actual transportation costs. Therefore, the customer has improved and immediate accrual of costs for accounting purposes. IDS also supports cost allocation to the customer's various lines of business when required.

Our goal is to pay the customer’s carriers in a timely manner and to reduce the administrative time spent on invoice control. Depending on the customer’s wishes, IDS can either make the final payment on behalf of the customer or leave the final payment transaction to the customer; in the latter case IDS will prepare the payment instruction.
